Management: weather conditions can change quickly – ensure you are suitably prepared for the conditions including: sunny/hot weather – a sun hat and sun screen, water, be prepared to seek shade if needed; wet/cold weather – raincoat, hat, warm clothing, hot drink. - Training course conditions: slippery underfoot (especially after rain), tripping hazards such as uneven ground or low vegetation, or electric fences which could cause electric shock.

Management: ensure your vehicle is parked well off the road and is not a risk to other road users; choose a spot with good visibility and watch out for traffic if crossing the road; ensure your dog(s) do not wander onto the road. - Bees or wasps: stings, discomfort, swelling, anaphylactic shock.
